  14. Ms Visual C++ Ver 2 comes with one book and a cd full of 
  15. documentation.  The thought of giving up the books was
  16. disconcerting at first, but once I got used to the cd, I'll
  17. never go back.  There is no index as good as the search function!
  18. As a note, I recently had to use Borland Turbo C++, and again
  19. the documentation was on CD, but the software to use it was 
  20. third class.
